Privacy policy and cookies
This policy covers only this website (enric.app), including the Larderia pages at enric.app/larderia and enric.app/es/larderia. The website has no forms, no cookies and no analytics, and collects no personal data from visitors beyond the technical logs described below.
If you use one of the apps on a Shopify store, the app's own privacy policy explains what the app processes. For Larderia, read the Larderia app privacy policy; for Reversa, the Reversa app privacy policy.
1. Data controller
This website is a service of Santiago Gili Silvestre, a self-employed individual (autónomo) with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 34764541H and address at C/ Dels Montcada, 45, Local, 08203 Sabadell (Barcelona), Spain, who trades under the name ENRIC. You can write to us at [email protected]. In this policy, "we" means him.
2. What data we process and why
This website has no sign-up or contact form and does not ask you for any personal data. If you write to us at [email protected], we process your email address and the content of your message only to answer you (in our Zoho mailbox and in a copy forwarded to Gmail, see section 5), for as long as the conversation needs, and we delete it once it is resolved unless the law requires us to keep it longer or you are a customer of one of the apps (then that app's privacy policy applies). Legal basis: your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering you (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Website visits. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically logs technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to serve the website, protect it against abuse and operate its content delivery network. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure (art. 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use this data to identify you or build profiles.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies and does not store anything in your browser (no localStorage or similar technologies).
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tools, and typefaces are served from our own website. Links to other websites (for example getreversa.app or the Shopify App Store) take you to sites with their own policies.
4. How long we keep the data
Hosting technical logs: Cloudflare keeps request logs for up to 7 days by default; we have not activated any longer retention (Cloudflare's Logs documentation, checked on 2 October 2026).
Emails you send us: only for as long as needed to answer you, as described in section 2, both in the Zoho mailbox and in the Gmail copy. Gmail does not delete messages by age automatically, so once a month we delete by hand, permanently (including from the trash), the copies we no longer need. According to Google, completely removing deleted data from its systems takes around 2 months, and its encrypted backups may keep it for up to 6 months.
5. Who we share it with
Cloudflare, Inc. (US), which hosts the website through Cloudflare Pages and may log IP addresses and connection data for security and content-delivery purposes, as a data processor.
Zoho Corporation B.V. (Utrecht, Netherlands), which hosts our [email protected] mailbox in its EU data centre, as a data processor, if you write to us.
Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland), which provides Gmail in the EEA: our [email protected] mailbox automatically forwards a copy of every email it receives to a personal Gmail account of the owner (Zoho also keeps the original). As it is a personal account, not a Google Workspace one, there is no data processing agreement with Google: Gmail is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy, in which Google Ireland Limited is the controller of its EEA users' information. You can ask us at any time to delete the Gmail copy of your emails.
We do not sell or share your data.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare may process technical logs outside the EU, including in the US. Where that happens, the transfer relies on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, including its UK Extension, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework; its data processing agreement also includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses as an additional safeguard (checked on Cloudflare's GDPR page on 2 October 2026 and on dataprivacyframework.gov on 5 October 2026). The original of the emails you send us stays in the EU (Zoho, Netherlands). The Gmail copy may be processed by Google outside the EEA: Google's privacy policy says it relies on European Commission adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, and Google LLC is certified under that framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss-US framework (dataprivacyframework.gov, checked on 5 October 2026). These are safeguards Google applies to all its users; we have not signed a processing or transfer agreement with Google.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of any data we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within one month at most. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to your country's data protection authority.
If you live in California, Brazil, Canada or the UK, you also have the rights those laws grant you; you can exercise them at the same address. We do not sell or share personal information.
8. Minors
This website is not aimed at minors.
9. Changes
If we make an important change to this policy, we will note it on this page with the new date.
